cancelation policy

Out of courtesy for your stylist, We kindly ask that you give 72 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules. In the case that more than 72 hours' notice is not given for a cancellation or reschedule, you will be responsible for paying 50% of the scheduled service; Same day or last minute cancellations & no shows, will be responsible for 100% of the service price. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply. Thank you for understanding our policy. It is in place to respect the time of the artists as well as other clients waiting for appointments.

 All deposits will be non-transferable if appointment is no-showed or canceled beyond the 72 hour policy. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE VIA OUR ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM OR IN RESPONSE TO YOUR TEXT CONFIRMATION. NO VOICE MAILS OR INSTAGRAM MESSAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

refund policy

There are NO REFUNDS on any services. Hair care can be exchanged within 14 days for an item of the same value, as well as boutique purchases with tags attached. 

children 12+ policy

To our amazing clientele, It’s no secret that we love you and your minis, it's been incredible watching them grow! With the salon space and busy staff, having children under the age of 12 not booked for services poses unique and previously unforeseen challenges. Unfortunately we cannot assure their safety in the salon— we have hot tools, chemical products, sharp objects and no facilities to care for your children while you are in our hands. We kindly ask that you do not bring children under the age of 12 to accompany you during your services. It is in everyone's best interest that children stay safe and out of harm’s way. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. Client's who bring children to their appointment without alternate care for them while receiving a service may be asked to reschedule and a late cancel fee will apply.
