Hello, I’m Emma! I recently graduated from cosmetology school in December here in Superior, WI, and I’m thrilled to have found my home in this vibrant community. Originally from Moose Lake, MN, I quickly fell in love with Superior and knew I wanted to make it a bigger part of my life.
When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll likely find me spending time with family, friends, and my dogs, or indulging in my passion for oil painting.
I have a deep love for all things hair color, with a special focus on fashion hues, lived-in, and low-maintenance styles there’s nothing like that instant transformation! I also enjoy styling and creating beautiful updos.
I’m beyond excited to be a part of the Ash + Olive team, and I look forward to building lasting relationships, boosting confidence, and continuing to learn and grow alongside my clients. Here’s to the start of an exciting new chapter!
Isabel “Izzy” Northrop,

My name is Izzy and I’m a recently graduated stylist from Winona, MN.
I’m excited to be starting my hair career at Ash and Olive Hair Studio!
My goal as a hair stylist is to make every client feel as beautiful and confident as possible both in, and out of my chair! Hair is a great way to express yourself, and I can bring forth your unique sense of style that reflects who you are. I’m passionate about all things hair, especially brunettes, lived-in color, dimensional and lived-in blondes, and trying out new trends.
When I’m not in the salon, you can find me enjoying my time with my friends and family, spending time outdoors, having movie nights, or curling up with a good book.

My name is Brekken, and I recently graduated from cosmetology school right here in Superior, WI.
I love all hair color creation but mainly lived in colors because they are low-maintenance and a beautiful way to make some change without committing to a high-maintenance color. My other passion is Gel nails! If you are looking for your next nail tech I would love to meet you!
Growing up in the heart of Duluth, I love packing some snacks, finding a trail, setting up my hammock, and camping out for a few hours. When I am not in the salon, you can find me playing sports, hanging out with friends, going to the beach, or snowboarding!

I’m Cerina, a hairstylist with a passion for effortless, low-maintenance beauty. I believe in creating looks that are stunning yet easy to maintain, so you visit the salon because it excites you, not because it’s a chore. Specializing in low-maintenance coloring and hand-tied extensions, my goal is to help you achieve a style that makes you feel confident every day. Being a busy on the go Momma I understand the need to keep things simple but effective!
One of my greatest passions is teaching and supporting fellow stylists. I love educating both my guests and my team, helping them grow and develop their skills. After a year and a half of being a salon owner, I can honestly say I’m in love with the creative freedom this profession offers.
Exciting news—I’m expecting my second human bundle of joy this August! I couldn’t be more thrilled to have such an amazing team of stylists by my side as we continue to grow. Here’s to an incredible year of growth and new beginnings! 🫶🏼
